Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The one part is the processing time, from your payment receiving date to the order pack-up date. As all costumes on Dressesgo.com are custom-made, here comes processing times for our different categories;
1 day for Holiday and Pet Costumes to process;
3-4 days for Intimate Apparel, Women’s Clothing and Maternity Clothes to process;
5-10 days for Cosplay Costumes, Catsuits & Zentai and Women’s Shoes to process;
7 -14 days for Latex catsuit to process;
15-18 days for Weeding Apparel and Formal Dresses to process.
The other part of total delivery time is the actual shipping time, the time that couriers take to send the packages to you address. Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 days.
Processing time or shipping time may have differed or changed in the event of public holiday in China such as Chinese New Year or National Day.We shall issue the related notification in site that prior to the holiday. Normal processing time and shipping time shall be resumed after the holiday.

In the event of the courier failing to deliver the cargo to the designated shipping address during the designated shipping time frame, after many delivery attempts at the consignee’s end; and such goods having been returned to Dressesgo.com’s sorting center; Dressesgo.com will contact the customer for further proposition
If the customer would still like to have the said merchandise, Dressesgo.com will be permitted to reship the goods to the customer. A certain amount of reshipping fee is required. The details including reshipment tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer’s e-mail box as soon as Dressesgo.com’s sorting center has re-dispatched the goods.
If the customer no longer requires such merchandise, considering that Dressesgo.com did originally ship the cargo to the designated shipping address within the estimated shipping time, Dressesgo.com shall offer that customer 80% refund of the amount of the merchandise and keep 20% as a restocking fee as well as the shipping fees which were already paid to the courier for original shipment.
